Mike Bochnovich

Mike Bochnovich is a Division Manager for Linde Corporation. Mike is responsible for allocating resources and positioning field teams with materials and manpower. Mike also handles the public utility UGI’s gas and water needs, responsibilities which extend from the Wyoming Valley south to the Lehigh Valley. Mike has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State and started with Linde in 2005. He rose rapidly from Engineering Assistant as he bid jobs, then projects for the company. Mike knows Linde’s growth contains promise and pitfalls. “People can grow quickly with us,” he says, “but opportunity works two ways. Your efforts, good or bad, show up larger.” Mike says larger numbers of people and projects affect him, too. “You’re forced to see things through other people,” he says. “Your view widens out as you step back.”
