Pat Kemp

Pat Kemp is a Linde Project Superintendent/Project Engineer/3D Control Manager. Pat communicates with multiple clients on multiple jobs and helps with design for ease of construction. Pat will also oversee production and coordinate equipment, manpower and materials while going back and forth between clients, the company and engineers. Beyond that, Pat runs the 3D technology for site layout and construction. “Linde has dozers and graders controlled by GPS,” Pat says. “I coordinate with the surveyor on the project to create programs to run the machinery.” As a result, Linde can do mass earth moving or fine grading automatically, with the operator essentially minding the throttle. “We’ve taken a big leap into technology,” says Pat. “Without it, we couldn’t grow as we have.” Pat joined Linde right after college in 2004.
