With over a decade of hands-on experience in construction and infrastructure services, Ryder Linde brings a rare combination of field expertise and executive leadership to his role as Vice President of Operations at Linde.

A lifelong connection to the industry, Ryder was raised around job sites — accompanying his father to projects from an early age and developing an instinctive understanding of how operations work from the ground up. He joined Linde in 2010 and, after becoming fully employed in 2017, steadily advanced through the organization — serving as Field Maintenance Supervisor for three years and Superintendent on Gas and UGI projects for four years before being appointed Vice President of Operations, a position he has held for the past two years.
Ryder holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication with a focus in Organizational Leadership from Temple University, a foundation that complements his deep operational experience.

In his current role, he is responsible for maintaining a real-time pulse on company performance and optimizing the placement of both personnel and equipment across all active operations. He oversees equipment acquisition and disposal, collaborates closely with the maintenance team on daily fleet and personnel management, and plays an integral role in UGI construction projects — working alongside crews to coordinate resources and delegate effectively. Known for leading by example, he remains actively engaged on job sites whenever the work calls for it.
Ryder is also deeply involved in human resources, overseeing hiring across both construction and maintenance divisions and maintaining an open-door approach with employees to support a positive and productive workplace culture.
