For decades Linde has delivered quality service. Evolution has been the only constant as the company has grown from a construction business with a few pieces of equipment to a multifaceted company employing many disciplines that are well equipped to cater to the ever changing needs of municipalities and industries across NEPA.

Utilities

For over five decades, Linde has been working in the utility business. Water lines, sewers, and gas distribution is the foundation of which Linde was built on, and it still remains a primary focus to this day. Our clients span across the public and private sectors, working with both small municipalities and large cities, in small remote villages and large developments.

Although we do lay a lot of new lines, our area has a lot of aging infrastructure using antiquated materials, and for this reason Linde is regularly called on to renew and modernize these systems so that they will be both safe for the public, and last for decades to come.

Marcellus Construction

Due to our utility and site work, Linde had the much of the equipment, skill set, and experience necessary for the demands of mid-stream gas work. When the Marcellus Gas boom struck, Linde jumped in with both feet and instantly became a major player in the industry.

In the support of industry partners like UGI, Williams, and Cabot Linde has been able to provide pipeline construction with pipes up to 24 inches in some of the most challenging landscapes, build water draws, well pads, and compressor stations, as well as provided a number of supporting services like transloading for sand other materials.

Transload

Like much of Linde's evolution, our transloading services spawned as means to meet the needs of our industry partners. During the Marcellus boom it was increasingly difficult and costly to get materials such as sand and pipe into the remote areas in which the wells we're being drilled and pipelines laid.

Linde rose to meet that challenge during the boom, but quickly found that the energy industry was not the only one with these needs. Today we are operating 3 transload locations in Carbondale, Sayre, as well as Binghamton NY and are providing our partners with out of the box ways to realize cost savings logistical efficiencies through personalized solutions, tailored to their unique businesses.

Site Work

Starting a humble construction company, site work is a prerequisite for many of the jobs we were working on in our early years. As we grew and obtained more equipment capable of moving large of earth, this experience became a instrumental. In the 90s when there was a surge of development for big box stores and distribution centers, Linde was able to leverage our background and assets to provide site work across the valley.

This site work continues to extend into other areas of focus including Marcellus related construction projections and larger municipal utility jobs.
