Linde expands gas industry jobs

HONESDALE – Linde Corp. expanded by 30 a previously announced round of hiring to help the company meet the needs of the natural gas industry.

The Honesdale-based heavy construction contractor will add a total of 80 jobs to its current 255 employees and is seeking engineers and machine operators, welders and timber workers needed to build a 33-mile natural gas pipeline in Susquehanna County.

This week, Laser Marcellus LLP and Linde had a ceremonial groundbreaking on the project.
